Compensation Package

The candidates who are chosen for the positions will enjoy a competitive salary range starting from ₹50,000 and going up to ₹1,60,000, with an annual increment of 3% under the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) system. In addition to the base pay, there are several attractive benefits designed to enhance their overall compensation package. These benefits include allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and a Cafeteria Allowance, which contribute to the employees’ financial well-being. Furthermore, employees will be part of a Provident Fund and a Superannuation Scheme, which helps secure their future. 

 

To reward performance, there is a Performance Related Pay incentive, along with comprehensive medical benefits to cover health-related expenses. Additionally, various other allowances will be provided in accordance with the company’s policies. As a result of this structured compensation framework, the minimum monthly earnings for employees will be approximately ₹1,00,000, ensuring a lucrative and supportive working environment.
