The courses will be divided into three.
Foundation Courses: The foundation courses will provide students with a deep understanding of the fundamental skills and knowledge required for advanced management studies. These courses encompass a range of subjects, including economics, quantitative methods, English, accounting, computer science, psychology, sociology, and law etc.
Core Courses: The major area of study, Management Studies, requires students to complete 80 credits of instruction (20-24 courses). These courses cover subjects such as Finance, Accounting, Organizational Behavior, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Strategy, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. The program delves deeper than a typical first-year MBA curriculum, equipping students for most entry-level business/management roles.
Elective Courses: Students must select at least one minor area of specialization, consisting of 40 credits (10-12 courses), that corresponds with their chosen elective courses. The institute will provide a list of elective courses each semester in the third and fourth years, and students can bid on courses that interest them. Elective courses will be offered based on student interest, and the availability of a minor or elective course will depend on meeting the minimum student enrollment requirement.
