CCMT eligibility criteria 2025

To participate in CCMT counselling 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Must have a valid GATE score from the years 2025, 2023, or 2022
2. Passed the qualifying degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA for GEN/GEN-EWS and OB category and 55% or 6.0 CGPA in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates
3. Candidates appearing in their final year exams are also eligible and are subject to providing all necessary documents at the time of admission.

CCMT Counselling and Seat Allotment Procedure 2025

The CCMT counselling and seat allotment procedure involves the following steps:

1. Online Registration: Candidates must register online at the CCMT 2025 portal and provide their basic details, GATE information, and educational qualifications. Registration fees vary by category.
   • OC/OC-EW/OB: Rs. 3000
   • SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 2500
2. Online Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates fill in their choices for colleges and courses as per their preference within the specified dates. Choice filling is done online, and candidates must lock their choices before the deadline.
3. Online Seat Allotment: Seat allotment is based on the GATE score and the candidate’s choices. The result is published online.
4. Seat Acceptance Fee Deposit: Candidates who are allotted seats must deposit the seat acceptance fees online. The fees are:
   • Gen/Gen-EWS/OBC: Rs. 30,000
   • SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 10,000
5. Physical Reporting at Reporting Centre: Candidates must report to the nearest reporting centre for document verification and specify their willingness to accept the allotted seat.
6. Physical Reporting to the Allotted Institute for Admission: After the upgraded round, candidates must report to the allotted institute within the specified dates for admission.

CCMT Special Round Counselling 2025
