The recruitment process for the EPGP 2023-24 cohort is a combination of Day Zero and rolling placements. Starting November 6, 2023, Day Zero involved prominent organisations like Accenture, RPG, Samsung Electronics, Galaxy Surfactants, Wells Fargo, Genpact, Infosys Consulting, Persistent Systems, TVS Motors, and Zomato.
It aimed to attract prestigious recruiters. As of March 31, 2024, out of the 75 graduating students, 73 chose to participate in campus placements. 70 students have already secured promising career opportunities through campus placements, while 2 students are still in the process of securing employment.

Eligibility Criteria
– Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA required to apply for the EPGP 2024 program. For SC, ST, or PwD categories, a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent CGPA is required.
– CA/ICWA/CS qualifiers post-Class XII are eligible with the same minimum percentage/CGPA criteria.
– A prerequisite of 5 years (preferably less than 12 years) of work experience after graduation as of March 31, 2024.
– Valid GMAT or GRE score needed at the time of application. Official scorecard or test taker copy to be submitted if the official scorecard is unavailable.
– Online GMAT/GRE scores are not accepted.
– IIMB EPGP codes: GMAT – Q9H-KK-84, GRE – 1675. Ensure scores are sent directly to IIMB.
– Submission of SOP to highlight future goals and achievements.
