1. A total of 537 eligible students registered for the on-campus placement drive. With most of them fielding multiple offers, 100% of the students were able to secure well-paid jobs.
2. A total of 156 recruiters chose to hire from the campus in 2024, out of which 30 were new companies. This shows the successful outreach programs of the placement committee at IIM Kozhikode. 
3. The IIM Kozhikode highest package offered to a student was a whopping Rs. 72.02 LPA, an increase of Rs. 5 LPA from the previous year’s high of Rs. 67.02 LPA.
4. The top 5% of students bagged an average package of Rs. 48.41 LPA, while the top 10% percentile got an average package of Rs. 46.20 LPA.
5. Following the same trend, the top 20% of students were able to get packages worth an average of Rs. 40.79 LPA.
6. The IIM Kozhikode average package for 2024 was Rs. 28.05 LPA, while the median package hovered around Rs. 27 LPA. On the other hand, the average package for females was slightly higher at Rs. 29.20 LPA.

1. A total of 556 students sat for the placement season. Not only did all of them get placed a few of them also fielded multiple offers. 
2. A total of 123 recruiters visited the campus to hire, 36 of whom were hiring from IIM Kozhikode for the first time. First-time companies included big names such as the Aditya Birla Group, Proctor and Gamble, and Mercedes Benz.
3. Unsurprisingly, the Consulting sector made the most offers to the students, followed by BFSI and General Management. In fact, the number of BFSI offers increased by 70%, and General Management offers increased by 136% compared to 2022.
4. The year saw bumper placement offers across the board. The IIM Kozhikode highest package was Rs. 67.02 LPA, and the average package was Rs. 31.02 LPA. However, the average package for females was on the higher end at Rs. 31.93 LPA.
5. The top bracket of students, the top 5%, were offered an average package of Rs. 62.04 LPA. The top 10 % had an average package of Rs. 55.19 LPA, while the top 20% boasted a package of Rs. 48.85 LPA.
