NLU Fee: About NLU Delhi Admissions 2024

The law institute, NLU Delhi, conducts its law entrance exam, the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), for admissions. Candidates seeking admission to BA LLB, LLM and PhD courses have to appear in AILET as well as fulfil the eligibility criteria: 

 

Course  Eligibility Criteria
BA LLB (Hons) Candidates should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks. 

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for admission; however, they should submit their proofs at the time of final admission.

LLM  Candidates should have passed a three-year LLB or a five-year LLB degree from any recognised law school in India with at least 55% marks (50% marks if they belong to the SC/ST/PWD categories). 

Those appearing in the final year examination of their bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply. However, they should submit proof of their eligibility at the time of final admission.

PhD  Candidates should have passed an LLM degree from any recognised law school in India with at least 55% marks (50% if they belong to the SC/ST/PWD categories).
