How to complete your CMAT 2024 registration online?
The CMAT registration process is broken down into 5 steps:
- Register online.
- Fill out the application form.
- Upload supporting documents.
- Pay the registration fee.
- Select city centre.
CMAT registration steps:
- Click on this link to register – cmat.ntaonline.in
- Once you’ve created your account, log back into the student portal using your credentials.
- You’ll have received your application number via email. Keep it safe.
- Once you’ve logged back in, you’ll be able to fill out the application.
- You’ll need to keep details such as your past academic history, professional history, and other personal details handy.
- You’ll also be prompted to select up to 4 test cities out of a total of 124 cities. This information cannot be altered later.
- Then, upload a copy of your passport-size photo and signature within the recommended size limits.
- Lastly, complete the online payment of Rs. 2000 for general males and Rs. 1000 for everyone else.
- Preview your form before submitting it to see if there are any errors.
- Upon submission, you should receive a confirmation email.
CMAT registration 2024 specification you need to be aware of
- Ensure that you double-check all the information that you are entering into the CMAT application form. You won’t be allowed to alter most of it after submitting it.
- While uploading the documents, keep the digital copies within the recommended sizes. The maximum allowed file sizes for your photograph and signature are 200 kb and 30 kb, respectively.
- Before you start your application, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. NTA recommends using Internet Explorer version 11 and above, Chrome versions 50 – 69, and Firefox versions 50 – 61.
- While choosing your test city preferences, put your top choice as the first preference. Do not forget to select the remaining three options consciously. Many students end up getting their second or third preference as the allotted test city.
- Only after successful fee payment will your CMAT application be deemed valid. You will get an extra day after the registration window closes to complete your fee payment.
CMAT application form correction window – How to edit my CMAT application after it has been submitted?
The CMAT application form correction window will be opened from April 19th 2024, to April 21st 2024. Students can use this opportunity to make minor changes to their form. Here’s how:
- Log back into the portal – cmat.ntaonline.in using your credentials.
- You’ll be able to see a link that will lead to the form correction portal.
- Make the changes that you are allowed to make and upload the documents if necessary.
- Save your changes.
- Remember, this is the last chance to make corrections. After this, if there are any mistakes in the form, you’ll not be allowed to sit for the exam.
