Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) offers admission to UG courses based on CUET marks. You can apply for various courses like the B.A.-M.A. integrated program in Foreign Languages, the Certificate of Proficiency Program (COP), and the B.Sc.-M.Sc. integrated program in Ayurveda Biology.
As per CUET 2024 official updates, the basic CUET eligibility criteria for admission to JNU through CUET is to pass class 12 from a recognised board. JNU Admission through CUET 2024 Application Process
The JNU UG Admission 2024 through the CUET application process is a simple and online process. Follow these steps:
- Candidates appearing for the JNU admission must obtain the prescribed marks and submit the necessary documents along with the final year result.
- Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for their desired program. Non-compliance will result in admission cancellation.
- Submission of an undertaking for a migration certificate is required within the prescribed date if granted registration or admission.
- Category change requests will not be entertained after form submission.
- Candidates can select up to three study fields within the same program.
- Hostel accommodation for outstation students depends on availability.
- Candidates qualified in a particular language or subject cannot reapply for the same program.
- Higher-qualified candidates cannot apply for a lower program.
- Once options are chosen, they cannot be changed. Preferences selected during the application are final.
- Multiple forms for the same program will lead to rejection.
- The candidate’s name, date of birth, and parent’s name must match the class 10 certificate.
- Full-time students are not permitted to work while pursuing the program.
- The information provided in the CUET application form must be valid. False information will result in a cancellation.

JNU Admission through CUET 2024 Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay the registration fee while applying for JNU Admissions 2023. The fee can be paid online through the JNU registration portal.
- For Undergraduate course registration fee: Rs. 268
- For Certificate of Proficiency registration fee: Rs. 219
JNU Admission Through CUET 2024 Process
Jawaharlal Nehru University, like other central universities, will select candidates based on the following factors:

Documents Required for JNU UG Admission 2024
The below-mentioned certificates and documents will be required during the Jawaharlal Nehru University UG admission process in 2024:
- Enrollment form
- Candidates’ recent passport-size photographs (5 copies)
- Migration Certificate from the last attended institution
- 2 Anti-ragging affidavits
- The Head of the last attended institution gives a character certificate.
- Central Library Application form
- 2 sets of self-attested copies of Matriculation, Higher Secondary, Indian School Certificate/Senior School Certificate (10+2)/ certificate of an equivalent examination showing the age/DOB of the candidates.
- Discontinuation certificate in case the candidate is studying in some other university/institution.
