How to Fill IPMAT Rohtak Form 2025?

To start the application process for IPMAT Rohtak online, just follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: IPMAT Rohtak Registration Process

 

  1. Go to the official IIM Rohtak website (https://www.iimrohtak.ac.in/) and navigate to the “Announcements” section. 
  2. Find and click on the registration link, which will take you to the application portal. 
  3. select the “New Register Here” option as a new user. 
  4. Fill in the required details:
  1. Name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Valid Email ID (used regularly)
  4. Confirm Email ID
  5. Nationality (Indian or Others)
  6. Country of Residence
  7. Mobile Number (ensure it is active)
  8. Confirm Mobile Number
  1. Make sure to read the important instructions carefully and click “I Agree” on the privacy notice.  
  2. Fill in your details and complete your registration. You will receive your User ID and Password through email and SMS.

 

Step 2: Login and Start Application Form

  1. To log in to the portal, enter your User ID and Password. 
  2. Then, click on “Go to Application” to begin filling out the IPMAT Rohtak application form. 
  3. The system will automatically generate Your application number, so make sure to save it for future reference.

Step 3: Personal Details

  1. Enter the following mandatory details:
  1. Full Name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Father’s Name
  4. Mother’s Name
  5. Gender (Male/Female/Transgender)
  6. Marital Status
  7. Category (General/SC/ST/PWD, etc.)
  8. Nationality (Auto-filled from registration)
  1. Provide your Primary Contact Details:
  1. Primary Mobile Number
  2. Primary Email ID
  3. Alternate Mobile Number (preferably a parent’s number)
  4. Alternate Email ID
  1. Select “Yes” or “No” if you have any disability.
  2. Enter your Permanent and Correspondence Address. If they are the same, just check the box that says “Same as Permanent Address.”

 

Step 4: Academic Details

Class 10th Details

  1. Aggregate Percentage (up to two decimal places)
  2. Board Name (CBSE/ICSE/State Board, etc.)
  3. School Name
  4. Year of Completion (Should be 2022 or earlier)
  5. Subject-wise Marks:
    – Enter the maximum marks and the marks you received for each of the five subjects. 
    – The system will automatically calculate your total marks and percentage for you.

Note: Make sure the aggregate percentage you enter matches the subject-wise calculation.

Class 12th Details 

Similar steps to follow as of Class 10. 

If your results are pending, please choose the appropriate option.

 

Step 5: Program Selection

Please choose Yes if you want to apply for the Integrated Program in Law (IPL) in addition to the IPM. If you are only applying for the IPM, choose No.

 

Step 6: Uploading Documents

You must make sure all files fulfill the specified format and size limits:

– Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG format, maximum 100 KB)

– Clear signature (JPEG format, maximum 100 KB)

– Class 10 mark sheet (PDF format, maximum 200 KB)

– Class 12 mark sheet (if available, PDF format, maximum 200 KB)

– Category certificate (if applicable)

– PwD certificate (if applicable)

 

Step 7: Payment and Final Submission

-Make sure to pay the IPMAT Rohtak registration fees using the online payment methods provided. 

-Double-check all the details you’ve entered before hitting “Submit.” 

-After submitting, be sure to download and print the confirmation receipt for your records.

 

IPMAT Rohtak Registration 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for IPMAT Rohtak 2025, candidates must:

-Have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

-Have been born on or after August 1, 2005 (there is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
