IIM Jammu JIPMAT: Selection Process
The process for selecting candidates for IIM Jammu involves the following steps:
– The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT).
– The merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the JIPMAT, and gender diversity will also be taken into consideration.
The batch size is expected to be about 140. IIM Jammu can modify any section of this document, including the criteria and cutoffs, at any time before the batch’s admission process is completed.
IIM Jammu JIPMAT 2024: Eligibility
To be eligible for this programme, candidates should have completed their Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2022 or 2023 or should be appearing for the exam in 2024. Additionally, candidates must have passed their Standard X/SSC or equivalent examination in 2020 or later.
Candidates must have achieved a minimum of 60% in their Standard X/SSC and Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examinations (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD category). Those who are expected to complete their Standard XII/HSC or equivalent by the end of July 31st, 2024, are also eligible to apply.
Applicants enrolled in international schools affiliated with foreign educational boards such as IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) and IB (International Baccalaureate) can also apply.

Duration of the Programme
The IPM Programme is a five-year program. Students will be awarded a BBA degree after successfully completing the first three years. Offer Acceptance Fee and Withdrawal
When you receive an admission offer from IIM Jammu, you need to pay a Rs. 50,000/- acceptance amount by the specified date. If you accept the offer, this amount will be subtracted from your Semester I Fee.
If a candidate wants to cancel their offer before the specified withdrawal date (To be updated), they will receive a refund after a deduction of Rs. 1,000/- for processing charges. The refund will be processed after the registration for the IPM 2024-29 batch (Registration date will be updated). However, no refund will be provided if a candidate requests to withdraw after registration. Additionally, if a candidate decides to withdraw from the programme after registration, no refund of the offer acceptance amount will be issued, and a semester fee will be issued.
Any dispute regarding admissions for the IPM Batch 2024 will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the territorial jurisdiction of the city of Jammu only.
