MH CET Law Counselling 2025 – Registration Process
The MH CET Law counselling process, much like any other CET, can be confusing for many. Between registering for the CAP rounds, verifying the merit list rank, filling up your choices, and confirming seat allotment, there’s a lot you need to be on top of. We’ve encapsulated the key events along with the process below for you to refer to.
First, you’ll be assigned a merit rank. This rank alone will determine whether you’ll get into your chosen colleges or not. Once you have your merit rank, you’ll fill out your college choices on the basis of priority. Remember, this college list will dictate where you end up taking admission.
Your choices and their priority order will be locked for the first two CAP rounds. In case there are vacant seats, colleges might hold a third CAP round to fill them up. During the third CAP round, you’ll be able to refill your college choices.
After every CAP round, colleges will allot seats to students on the basis of their merit list rank and priority. To freeze the seat, students have to pay the seat acceptance fee online. A more detailed version of the MH CET Law counselling process is available below.
