Once the MH CET Law exams are up, the next big thing candidates anticipate is the release of the MH CET Law result. MH CET Law Merit List 2025
The Merit list is released with the individual’s examination score and ranking. Students must remain updated about the release date of the results, or else they might miss the chance of Counseling.

MH CET Law Result 2025: Tie-Breaking Procedure
Sometimes, certain situations occur when two or more candidates have the same score and ranking; then, the MH CET breaks this tie by a set of predetermined rules applicable to both entrance examination forms.
For the Regular LLB
- According to the MH CET Law Exam Pattern, candidates for this course will be judged based on their academic grades. The candidate with the highest marks will be considered above the other candidates with the same MH CET Law results and Ranking.
- In addition to Graduation, the score of Higher Secondary will be considered, and the aggregate marks will play the role of a tie-breaker.
For the Integrated LLB
- The academic achievement of previous Classes (12th Standard in this case) will be considered.
- Scores in the First Language Examination (Marathi Board) will be given preference over other board candidates.
- Candidates from the ICSE/CBSE board will have their overall score of the best 5 considered before the results are announced.
MH CET Law Counselling 2025
Candidates who qualify in the written examination round are eligible to move to the next round, the counselling and documents verification round. It is a Centralised activity where the candidates have to present their papers in the Institution allocated to them through online mode only.
Candidates must have an electronically scanned copy of their documents and submit it on the website.
Here’s what you are expected to carry out:
- Firstly, you need to visit the official website.
- You will find a list with the allocated College followed by the link intended to submit the documents for the verification round.
- You must also refer to the categories because the allotment of colleges is also based on that.
- As soon as you submit the documents, the notification will follow in 7 days about the acceptance/rejection of your documents
- Once accepted, you can proceed with the admission further by visiting the College.
Documents Required During MH CET Law Counselling
- The Marksheet of Class 10th could be of any recognized board, e.g., Maharashtra Secondary Education Board, CBSE/ICSE, BSEB, UPSEB, etc.
- 12th-grade card with the course and marks details
- Grad mark sheet (Provisional/Original) depends on the availability
- MH CET LAW RESULT card
- The CLC and Migration
- Certificate of Income, Caste, and Domicile
- PWD and Ex-serviceman proof (applied in army personnel or Handicap segment)
- Migrant certificate issued by GOI for J&K candidates
- NRI/PIO Validation Certificate.
