SNAP Exam Analysis 2024 (Test 1) – Expected cutoff, difficulty level
SNAP is one of India’s most popular MBA entrance exams, with nearly 1 lakh students signing up for it. The first slot of SNAP 2024 was held on 08 December 2024 from 2 PM to 3 PM. The exam maintained the same pattern as the previous years. One of the many takeaways from the paper has been that despite slightly tougher Quant and General English sections, when compared to last year the overall difficulty level of the paper was easy. Most questions were doable, and a good number of attempts would be around 42-45 with 85-90% accuracy. Read on to see our detailed SNAP exam analysis for the first slot of 2024.

The eleven questions on Verbal Reasoning were on expected lines – 2 questions on syllogisms, 2 on course of action, 3 on statement – assumption, 1 on Critical reasoning (Inference), 2 on cause-effect and 1 on identifying the speculation. All were fairly easy to attempt.
The questions on Non-Verbal Reasoning were dominated by questions based on Series (total 3). There were two questions each on Arrangement (one involving linear arrangement and one circular arrangement), clocks, binary logic, family trees, and calendars. There was one question on coding-decoding. All questions were singleton questions, and there were no set-based questions.
Most of the questions in the section were easy to medium in terms of level of difficulty.
The following table shows the break-up of the questions in this section.
