I have already joined NMIMS Mumbai for MBA Core program and currently in my second trimester.
I followed the plan given by the centre itself. I practiced the modules completed in classes and consistently gave mocks. First 9 months I focused only on CAT and then later worked for NMAT, SNAP and XAT. I remained in touch my mentor and understood how each exam should be tackled. I gave mock tests of those as well and prepared for each exam accordingly.
I could not have secured my admission in NMIMS without IMS Surat. Despite covid situation, the staff was always available and approachable. They provided all round understanding of not only the study modules but structure and approach for all the exams. They also provided some holistic sessions such as mediation which were actually necessary at that time. The most important thing for me was that my mentor did not lose faith in me even though I did. It was only because of the centre's support that I was able to prepare thoroughly for the exams I had decided to appear and attempt them confidently.

Preparation for CAT & other MBA entrances: I enrolled for the classroom program of IMS Surat. I prepared from the study materials provided by IMS. Besides that, handouts and tips by the faculty proved to be the best for revision.
Role of IMS in my journey: I only followed the guidance provided by faculties at IMS Surat, especially Devendra sir and Nikhil sir, which proved enough for my preparations. The SIMCATs were the core of my preparation journey, and even more important was the analysis of those. The expert sessions post CAT related on how to crack interviews and GDs were very helpful and insightful, results of which are shown in my calls converted. Even during the struggles of online mode of teaching, the classes were regularly conducted, which helped maintaining consistency.

For CAT the first thing I did was to develop my core by practicing 3 rcs and 3 dilr sets daily for the initial 2-3 months and alongside I completed the portion of quants. After the initial 3 months, I started giving sectionals and mocks. The most important thing is the analysis of the mock, I spent around 1.5x the duration of the mock on the analysis part.
Mocks and Mentors were two of the most important aspects in which IMS has helped me. Apart from the quality of the mocks, the video solutions of the mocks were very useful. IMS provided me with the best mentor anyone could ever ask for, me leaving my project work to write this review is proof of that!!!
